What are some good GTA IV mods?

First Person Mod
Simple Trainer (You don't have to use it to cheat, it has a lot of other cool functions too, like spawning bodyguards.
ENB series (Makes the game look soooo much better)
You can find all of the mods through a quick google search. Bad news if your on the Steam Version though, because Steam forces you to update to the newest version of GTA, which isn't supported by lots of mods.

It's still possible to mod on the steam version, you just need to downgrade your games version.
