In every mod I download there are always big exclamation marks. After some research I found out they are missing textures. I double checked and I copied every single texture from the mod into my data folder. Can someone help?

You need to activate archive invalidation. In your PM to me I see you have a lot of complex mods installed.
I suggest you download the Oblivion Mod Manager. (just google it)
The Mod Manager easily allows you to add mods, and activate archive invalidation so your texture problem will be gone. Feel free to PM me again if you need more help.

I can't believe I had stuff like OBGE installed and I didn't even know what archieve invalidation was haha.
