    How to create a merged patch? (Fallout 3 and Oblivion)

    I hear a lot of people talking about merged patches making mods run better and stuff. What is a merged patch and how do I make one?

    If you are using Steam install of Oblivion, however, there is one tiny change for Wrye Bash. (the bash_default.ini text file needs to be renamed to bash.ini and the file paths need to be corrected)
