    I am having trouble modding gta 4 and/or tbogt. im a complete novice at modding, but im convinced that i'm just doing wrong. i would like a way to plug my USB into my laptop and edit my save file but, i would like a full walk through to getting mods like new cars, and cool character abilities because the youtube vids are just not descriptive enough for me. it seems that rockstar could do this in some DLC or something and make some cash but that's the only way i can do it all myself. any help is appreciated
